Yes — this is public payroll data under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, the same data available through OpenDataPhilly, just connected and searchable.
How far back does the data go?
2016 to present, with quarterly updates as new payroll data is published — including employees who've since left the position, not just current staff.
Does it include overtime?
Yes, wherever the underlying public record includes it — shown separately from base salary rate, since collapsing the two into one figure hides what's actually driving a high paycheck. See Rate vs. Actual Earnings in the Knowledge Base.
Can I export the data?
