Questions
Is pricing per product, or platform-wide?
Both options exist — start with a single tool at $4.99 or $9.99/mo, bundle 3 tools, or get all 5 for $49/mo.
What happens when new cities launch?
Existing plans extend automatically to newly launched cities at no extra cost during beta.
Will pricing change after beta?
Likely, as the product set matures. Anyone on a paid plan will get advance notice before any change.
Discounts for nonprofits or journalists?
Yes, case by case — reach out and tell us about the work.
What's your refund policy?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime (no refund for the current billing period). ListingIQ reports follow a separate policy since they're a one-time delivered product. TaxAssessmentIQ appeal packets carry the Fair-Assessment Guarantee — if the City saves you less than we estimated, we refund the difference down to the base preparation fee (and in full if an appeal raises your assessment). See the full refund policy.
