Saved Views & Alerts

Instead of re-running the same search every time, saved views and alerts let you keep a search on hand and get notified when something relevant changes.

What a saved view is

A saved view keeps a specific search or filtered result — a department rollup, a property's assessment report, a particular employee's profile — available without rebuilding it from scratch each visit.

What an alert does

An alert is tied to a saved view and notifies you when the underlying record changes — for example, a new comparable sale near a property you're tracking, or an updated payroll figure for someone you've saved.

Which plans include this

Saved views and alerts are included starting at the Single Tool Plus tier and above (Single Tool Plus, 3-Tool License, and All Access). The base Single Tool tier and the free trial don't include them. See Choosing the Right Plan for the full comparison.

Why this is useful

Public records change — a new comparable sale posts, a payroll figure updates for the next quarter, an assessment gets revised. Saved views and alerts mean you don't have to remember to check back manually; ALKARTIS surfaces the change when it happens.

Frequently asked questions

How many views can I save?

Saved view limits are tied to your plan tier — reach out through Contact if you need specifics for your account.

Can I save a view on the free trial?

No — saved views and alerts require Single Tool Plus or above. The free trial gives you live search access without this feature.

Do alerts work the same across every live product?

Yes — saved views and alerts work the same way across all live products, wherever your plan includes the relevant product.
