Beta project · Pre-launch
ALKARTIS is in beta, with products at different stages of development. There is no press coverage to link to yet — this page exists so the essentials are ready when that changes.
ALKARTIS is an open data intelligence company that transforms fragmented public records into connected, explainable intelligence. Its products turn city payroll, property assessment, permit, licensing, and violation data into tools that answer specific questions — for renters, journalists, property owners, government offices, and more — instead of leaving people to reconcile raw files themselves. ALKARTIS is based in Philadelphia, with five products live and three more in development.
All five live products surface stories directly from public records — two of them, shown below. A few angles they already support, with an example of each in practice. For exactly which government systems the underlying figures come from, see Data & Sources.
Department-by-department rollups make outlier raises and promotions checkable in minutes instead of a records request.
See it in practice →Separates base salary rate from actual overtime-driven earnings, department by department, going back to 2016.
See it in practice →Checks any address against real comparable sales nearby — useful for a spot-check on assessment equity across a street or neighborhood.
See it in practice →Generates a BRT-ready appeal packet from live OPA data — a concrete, reportable process rather than a generic explainer.
See it in practice →ALKARTIS is founder-led. The founder isn't named publicly yet — read the founder's background and story.
